An overly horny mod for Inscryption, cobbled together for Halloween 2023.
About:
A healthy mix of horny teasing and shitposting, this mod adds the following to Ascension:
- 85 new cards
- 3 talking cards
- 3 regions
- 3 bosses
- 20 abilities
- 4 tribes
All cards feature full art. If you want to see the raw art, you can find it all in /art/cardportraits_####. You may want to use the High Res mod if you want to oogle.
Hidden Mechanic Explanation
Each melo has a hidden mechanic:
-Aria gains half the health of her target on kill
-Piro gains half the attack of her target on kill
-Melome gains double buffs from campfires.
Each one can be stacked 3 times. On the third stack, they each gain a bonus sigil. Each stack applies a +1 to the blood cost.
Yes you can have Aria eat a giant card and gain like 20 bonus health, lol.
You must win the fight for Aria and Piro's to be kept permanently.
Boss Mechanic Explanation
Each boss has a remixed gimmick:
Ash:
-Will steal Pokemon-tribe cards once every 3+ turns. After 3 turns, he has a 50% chance to steal something every turn until successful. He will only steal Pokemon cards.
-His second phase gimmick is he will trade all of his cards for yours. If he has nothing on the field to trade, he will trade you a (0,1) Magikarp instead.
Eggman:
-Theft mechanic works the same way as Ash, except he will steal anything. First steal can happen after turn 2, after that it's a 3-turn rotation. Mobian-tribe cards will be turned into an Infected Mobian, everything else will be turned into a Badnik.
-His second phase gimmick is a giant Rouge card. Don't get squished!
Midna:
-Theft mechanic is similar to Eggman's, except she has a 50% chance to turn the target into a Smothered Corpse or an Imp Simp, and can activate every 2 turns. Smothered Corpses are terrain and are left on your side of the field, Imp Simps fight for her.
-Her second phase turns all her current cards into Smothered Corpses, and any empty spots are filled with Imp Simps. They are then all traded with you.
-Her third phase is a giant Melome. Melome steals half the attack of every card on the field when she spawns, and which multi-strike sigil she gets depends on how much power she steals (0-1 for omni strike, 2-3 for double strike, 4+ for single strike)

All card choice events now have a > 75% chance to offer only mod cards. You can still get basegame cards for fodder, they'll just be rarer since everyone wants less bases and more boobies.

Giantess Melome now has the Cheese sigil, which makes her immune to cheesing :^). You can still cheese Rouge and the others to your heart's content though!

Added a warning for people (unknowingly) playing the mod via the regular game and not Ascension. Triggers at the end of the melo choice event and just tells you it's meant to be for a Kaycee run.
